Mei Kobayashi is a photographer based in Los Angeles, California. She has graduated from ArtCenter College of Design with a degree in Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography and Imaging. Mei has developed the skill to work in both analog and digital cameras. 

 

Born between two full Japanese parents, she carries her rich Japanese culture very close to heart. This deep love for her culture serves as a source of inspiration for her photographic works. Along with her love for her culture, Mei also incorporates a touch of fashion in her work. Thus she weaves the beauty of Japanese culture into fashion photography, creating her own artistic style.

 

Mei has been on many sets not only as the photographer but also as an assistant and gaffer. With the skill of being able to speak both Japanese and English, she is able to work in both LA as well as Japan.
